for an authorized, certified copy of your marriage license.
For your convenience, our office can perform this service for a fee of $10.

**A Commitment Ceremony can also be a male/female couple where one/or both are over the age of 62 and meet the eligibility criteria under Title II of the Social Security Act.
We offer notarization of Declaration of Domestic Partnership Form for an additional $33.00 payable to the California Secretary of State.
